VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Original Passport
  2. 2 Passport size photographs with white background
  3. Travel itinerary (Can type on a sheet of paper and print)
  4. Pay visa fees online and add receipt. Click to pay
  5. Add consent letter if applicant is below 18 years of age.
  6. For Employment based application, include a letter from employer.

NOTE: DROP-OFF OR PICKUP/S at our Gaithersburg location.(You can also pay for application fees online)
